On April 24, 2024, at The Valdas Adamkus Presidential Library-Museum (S. Daukanto St. 25, Kaunas), a lecture titled “Lithuanians in the Far East: From Communities to Adventurers” was held by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Linas Didvalis. During the lecture, an overview of the Far East region was given, along with an introduction to the first Lithuanian visits to China, Japan, and Korea, the formation of communities, and notable personalities.
