On March 4, 2025, a group of researchers from the Herder Institute for Historical Research on East Central Europe, led by Dr. Juergen Warmbrunn, visited the VMU Lithuanian Emigration Institute and The Valdas Adamkus Presidential Library-Museum. The meeting was attended by the Director of the VMU Lithuanian Emigration Institute, Prof. Egidijus Aleksandravičius, Prof. Dalia Kuizinienė, Dr. Egidijus Balandis, Dr. Asta Petraitytė-Briedienė, and the Director of The Valdas Adamkus Presidential Library-Museum, Arūnas Antanaitis. During the meeting, the activities of the VMU Lithuanian Emigration Institute were presented, and possibilities for cooperation were discussed.
