The Embassy of the Republic of Italy in Lithuania, in collaboration with Valdas Adamkus Library-Museum and the Lithuanian Emigration Institute of Vytautas Magnus University, organized a presentation of a historical document exhibition and a discussion on Lithuanian-Italian relations on March 10, 2023. The discussion covered Lithuanian-Italian diplomatic relations, common historical conditions, civil societies, and cooperation between the two countries in various periods of history.

The discussion was attended by the Ambassador of the Republic of Italy to Lithuania, Diego Ungaro, the Director of the Lithuanian Emigration Institute of Vytautas Magnus University, Prof. Egidijus Aleksandravicius, and historian Dr. Andrea Griffante.

The exhibition at the The Valdas Adamkus Presidential Library-Museum is available for viewing until March 23, after which it will be displayed at the Faculty of Political Science and Diplomacy of Vytautas Magnus University.
