Article publication: Submitted articles must meet the originality requirements for scientific publications and be prepared according to the approved publication guidelines for this journal (see Submission Guidelines for more details). The journal publishes original articles that have not been published in other publications or on the web. Articles submitted to the journal are reviewed by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected by the editorial board from experts in the author’s research field. If the reviewers’ opinions on the suitability of the article are contradictory, the editorial board appoints a third reviewer and, after receiving their conclusions, decides on the publication of the article. Reviewers are appointed confidentially: reviewers are not provided with information about the authors, and authors are not informed about the reviewers.
Peer-Review. The manuscript is submitted to two independent reviewers, to the specialists in the field assisting the Editorial board. The reviewers are selected confidentially and perform a double-blind peer review. In the event of diverging opinions (one has a positive opinion, the other has negative), the third reviewer is appointed. The reviewers of the manuscript do not know the identity of the author(s) and the author(s) do not know the identity of the reviewers.
