On May 22, 2024, a presentation and discussion of the book “Playing with Matches” by Prof. Egidijus Aleksandravičius, Director of the VMU Lithuanian Emigration Institute, took place at the Valdas Adamkus Presidential Library-Museum. The event featured the book’s author, Egidijus Aleksandravičius, the book’s compiler, journalist and public figure Birutė Garbaravičienė, and sociologist Dainius Genys. The meeting was moderated by Lolita Varanavičienė, head of the publishing house “Tyto alba.” A large number of people attended, listened to the discussion, and later joined the conversation.
